Multimedia mobile guide on iPhone aimed at supporting tourists and visitors across museums of region Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) devoted to the Tiepolo family. Members of the Tiepolo family (Giandomenico and Giovanni Battista) have been particularly active as artists (painters and architects) in Udine and in the whole region of Friuli Venezia Giulia during the 18th century. The mobile guide lets user to access and display information and multimedia contents related to paintings and works created by Tiepolo family. Each point of interest is represented by mean of a detailed information form and a set of multimedia contents.Moreover the application allows user to represent on an interactive map the set of places concerning the works of the Tiepolo family. The application can read and decode QRCodes, located across the different places and museums of Udine, in order to receive information about the work they are looking at.
